Under the direction of our Service Manager, Wayne Hotaling, we have a staff of full-time technicians including two Master Technicians. Each technician has been trained and certified with their own specific areas of expertise.

| SERVICE MANAGER, Wayne Hotaling has been with The Harley Shop® of Longview for since 1988! As a life-long Harley® rider, Wayne has owned over 30 HD® motorcycles, riding everything from Flathead®, Panhead®, Shovelhead®, Evolution® and Twin Cam® engines and currently owns a 2007 FLHX®. Wayne has the knowledge and experience to see that your service needs are taken care of. | SERVICE WRITER, Richard Wacasy has been with The Harley Shop® since 2002, having worked in the Parts Department at The Harley Shop® in Longview then moving to the position of Parts Manager at our Texas Thunder Harley-Davidson® location in Nacogdoches. Richard returned to Longview and changed positions into the Service Department as a Service Writer, he brings over 12 years of riding experience as well as a wealth of parts and accessory knowledge. |

| Jason Sisk, Service Technician has been a member of our technician team since May 2004. As a graduate of the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI), Jason, like his co-workers, brings with him the knowledge of the latest technology when servicing and caring for your motorcycle with continueing education & training. Jason received his Master Electrician from HD® in 2008 and the Master of Powertrain in 2010. When he is not working, you may see Jason cruising around town on his 1992 Harley-Davidson® FXR® motorcycle with his wife and fellow technician, Nina. | SERVICE WRITER, Kevin Thomson is a longtime Harley-Davidson® enthusiast having both ridden and done service work on HD® bikes for over 30 years. Kevin has been recognized by the Harley-Davidson® Motor Company as a Master of Technology, the highest honor available, having shown his proficiency in working with every aspect of a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle, including H-D® Power Trains, Frame Chassis and Electrical systems. Kevin has been with The Harley Shop® of Longview at our current location since 1999 and previously worked in our original location for 4 yrs. He is both known and respected for his technical abilities & knowledge of parts, accessories & service. Kevin moved from the back of the Service Department to the front Service desk in 2010, now working as a Service Writer. When he is not working you can see him riding the roads on his 2003 100th Anniversary Harley-Davidson® V-Rod®.

| Nina, Service Technician has been with The Harley Shop® since May 2006. She is a 2004 graduate of M.M.I. (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute) in Phoenix. With Nina's knowledge and passion for motorcycles she has been an asset to our Service Department. She has been riding since the age of 18, first starting out on a Maxum 550. Nina now owns and rides her 2002 FLHTC® and enjoys riding the backroads with her husband and fellow technician, Jason. | Jay, Service Technician is a longtime motorcycle enthusiast and has been riding since the age of 15. As a 2006 graduate of Wyo-Tech motorcycle mechanic training in Orlando Jay brings a new and fresh perspective into the Service Department . Having joined The Harley Shop® of Longview in March 2007 we are pleased to have him on board as one of our Certified Technicians. He strives to keep up to date with the new technologies of the motorcycle industry with continuing education. Jay currently owns a 1975 HD® Shovelhead® and a 2003 Buell® . |
